The rhythm of the music activates brain regions that are also responsible for processing language. When you dance, your body releases the happiness hormones dopamine and endorphin. The variety of stimuli causes the brain to be stimulated on very different levels.

Regular training improves health
Exercise strengthens the cardiovascular system and also lowers blood pressure, so regular exercise helps reduce the risk of high blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases such as stroke and heart attack.
